个人简介

Personal Profile

朱泉霏,2017年于武汉大学化学与分子科学学院获得博士学位(分析化学专业);2018年至2021年在武汉大学和澳门科技大学开展博士后研究;2022年至2023年在武汉大学公共卫生学院 特聘副研究员;2024年起武汉纺织大学生物工程与健康学院教授。 主要研究方向为基于化学衍生化的色谱-质谱代谢物分析方法研究。针对低丰度代谢物定性定量困难、代谢组学研究覆盖度低等问题,通过发展高效的化学衍生化辅助的液相色谱-质谱分析技术,构建基于化学标记的代谢物数据库,建立高灵敏的靶向代谢组、精细亚代谢组和非靶向代谢组分析研究平台,深度筛查和定量分析生物样品中代谢组,发现和鉴定功能性代谢物。同时,致力于利用所开发的方法,针对公共卫生/环境健康的科学问题开展合作研究。近年来在Analytical Chemistry, Trends in Analytical Chemistry等期刊上发表SCI论文60余篇,其中以第一作者或共同通讯作者身份发表SCI论文30余篇。作为负责人主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目,中国博士后科研基金面上项目和“澳门青年学者计划”资助项目,参与国家自然科学基金委重点项目、国际(地区)合作与交流项目以及国家科技部“973”课题等多项科研项目,入选湖北省“楚天英才计划”楚天学者、“武汉英才”优秀青年人才。现为《色谱》青年编委、J. Anal. Test青年编委,Sci. Data编委、湖北省生物信息学会—微生物信息学专委会委员
