Personal Profile
1984年7月,获湖北师范大学物理系学士学位;
1995年12月,获华中科技大学(原华中理工大学)凝聚态物理专业理学硕士学位;
1996年3月~1997年3月,2003.12~2004.12,在英国伦敦大学帝国理工学院(Imperial College London)电子与电气工程系光半导体器件研究室访问工作;
2000年11月获华中科技大学物理电子学专业工学博士学位;
2001~2003年在清华大学电子工程系集成光电子学国家重点实验室做博士后;
2003年7月-2024年12月任职于武汉大学物理科学与技术学院,教授;
2025年1月-至今 武汉纺织大学,
方国家,二级教授(阳光杰出学者特聘教授),博士生导师,湖北省优秀博士论文和国务院政府特殊津贴获得者。2014年获湖北省自然科学一等奖(排名第二)。授权发明专利四十余项。主持863计划课题、国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目和湖北省技术创新重大专项,参与国家973计划子课题、国家自然科学基金委重大研究计划重点项目等多项科研项目。方国家教授长期致力于光电器件的研究与应用,在Nature、Nature Photonics、Nature Energy、Nature Communications、Journal of the AmericanChemistry Society、Advanced Materials、Joule、Matter、IEEE EDL、IEEE TED等国际杂志上发表SCI源刊论文300余篇。
