吴莎，中南财经政法大学管理学博士，武汉纺织大学讲师、硕士生导师，中国注册会计师非执业会员，中级会计师。
研究专长：公司治理、公司财务；主持和参与多项科研项目，在《Applied Economics》《Applied Economics Letters》《Technology Analysis & Strategic Management》《商业会计》等期刊发表学术论文多篇。
