Personal Profile
熊祎, 湖北蕲春人, 中共党员, 武汉纺织大学校聘教授, 硕士生导师, 工学博士, 凝聚态物理学博士后, 安徽大学集成电路研究院高级访问学者, 分析测试中心主管高级实验师, 宽禁带半导体材料与器件湖北省工程研究中心研究员。湖北省电子显微镜学会理事(2015年至今),中国电子显微镜学会会员,中国分析测试协会青年部会员, 中国微米纳米技术学会高级会员。2008年6月毕业于武汉大学物理系获学士学位。2014年12月毕业于武汉大学电子显微镜中心获博士学位。2016年武汉大学物理学博士后科研流动站和核固体物理湖北省重点实验室学习。2024年合肥国家科学中心(集成电路先进材料与技术产教研融合研究院)高级访问学者。现阶段从事分析测试表征技术, 功能材料的电子显微学研究, 智能传感器件(如应力、光敏、接近、电磁、电化学)的材料优化、器件设计、仿真模拟、功能耦合及应用, 纺织科技考古等方面研究。主持省部级/JG/产学研项目20余项,在国内外知名期刊署名发表学术论文70余篇,申报专利3项。受邀在国内学术会议上作邀请报告10余次。荣获2023年湖北省电子显微学摄影大赛优秀奖、2023年、2024年武汉纺织大学“科研平台服务标兵”奖。担任Nano Energy, Chemical Engineering Journal, Small, Journal of Materials Science, IEEE EDL, iScience, Next Materials等期刊审稿人。
