主要研究方向包括计算机视觉,虚拟仿真,网络安全。主持和参与各类纵向项目6项;至今已在包括 IEEE Transactions on Systems Man & Cybernetics Systems,IEEE Transactions on Network and Service Management,Graphical Models,ICMR,ICASSP,ICME等在内的高水平学术期刊和CCF推荐的国际权威学术会议发表学术论文60余篇;申请中国发明专利10余项,授权3项;获湖北省科技进步二等奖一项,技术发明二等奖1项、中国纺织工业联合会专利银奖1项,中国纺织工业联合会教学成果二等奖1项,教育部新工科建设项目1项,国家一流专业建设负责人;
